e9 Treatments provides innovative surface treatment solutions that protect key industrial assets in upstream, midstream, downstream and distribution oil and gas applications. Application of our nanoscale surface modification treatments to metering and measurement equipment and instrumentation help to extend asset lifespan, reduce maintenance and cleaning cycles, and improve asset performance—all while increasing productivity and improving customer satisfaction.
Come Join Our Team! Due to significant growth, we are seeking e9 Sales and Service Territory Mangers for both Houston and the Northwest (N. Dakota/Utah/Wyoming). In this role, you will be responsible for opening new doors for selling e9 Treatments as well as providing treatment services direct to customers. The ability to identify and define customer problems and pain points with fouling and buildup, as well as to implement and provide solutions is paramount to the position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive sales of e9 Treatments. Aggressively seek new customers, new account development and distribution channels.
Build a consistent pipeline of opportunities and book of loyal users for field application of e9 Treatments.
Deliver direct in-field e9 Treatment Services, including cleaning of devices and application of treatments. Maintain knowledge and skills required to deliver e9 Treatment Services, based on application and treatment required.
Complete and e9 Field Service Work Report immediately at the conclusion of each Treatment Service.
Build a “results book” or “story board” of field applications and results that can be used for field sales and higher level marketing. Work with marketing group to expand marketing program through documentation of case studies, white papers, power point presentations, data sheets, etc.
Organize, attend, and work trade shows.
Explore and build consistent business with OEMs, making e9 a value added part of their product offerings.
Work with inside sales to produce quotes for e9 treatment services and sales.
Monitor field results and customer feedback as well as competitive threats. Work with e9 Engineering to bring new chemistries to market
On a weekly basis, complete all customer tracking via Salesforce and internal reporting requirements.
Maintain a working knowledge of other Electrolab Inc. products and services so that those products can be promoted during sales calls as opportunities arise.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors’ degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, or other technical field preferred.
3-5 years business to business selling experience with proven sales and leadership skills; record of accomplishment preferred
Measurement background in the Oil and Gas industry required. Experience with flow applications: produced water, oil and gas in particular.
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong personality able to work with a variety of personnel
Proficiency with MS Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
Physical ability to be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Extensive travel required.
Must be able to pass drug screening and background checks.
