CLEANING Services
At e9 Treatments, we know that effective surface modification treatments begin with thorough surface preparation. That’s why we offer a range of cleaning levels and solutions designed to address the specific type and extent of buildup present on your surfaces. This thorough cleaning process facilitates optimal bonding of our treatments to the surface, resulting in robust, long-lasting protection.
Upon request, we can provide a report detailing the condition of your devices before and after cleaning and treating complete with photos for your records.
Cleaning of external surfaces is very straightforward, as these are easily visualized. However, prior to cleaning the internal surfaces of a device, we conduct a thorough scope of the device’s internals to assess its condition, identifying the necessary cleaning solution required. This scope also allows us to uncover any potential wear and tear, which could affect the performance of your device, before you invest in treatment services.
Even new devices benefit from our quick scope and cleaning to eliminate oils and other residue left from the manufacturing process.
CALIBRATION Services
Calibration ensures that instrument measurement is accurate and within the limits required by the manufacturer’s specifications to produce a quality product. Performing calibration after cleaning and treatment of a device is efficient and helps to reduce costs. For some processes, periodic calibration to NIST standards is a requirement to comply with both quality and safety standards.
We offer calibration services as part of our e9 Treatment Services to help you stay in compliance.
Preventive Maintenance Plans
We work with you to determine where your problem areas exist and help develop a preventive maintenance plan to ensure unexpected downtime is kept to an absolute minimum.

TAGGING & IDENTIFICATION
All e9 treated devices, whether new or used, are clearly marked with a unique tag and an “e9 Treated” sticker for easy identification and inventory management.
